Every Aura Glow order ships with complimentary, fully-tracked express delivery from our Gold Coast studio, Australia-wide and worldwide.

Free Express Shipping
All orders include free, fully-tracked express shipping with no minimum spend. Prices shown at checkout are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST for Australian orders.
Order Processing
Orders are carefully quality-checked and dispatched within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Australian Delivery
Parcels are sent via Australia Post Express. Metropolitan areas typically receive orders within 2–4 business days of dispatch; regional and remote areas within 3–7 business days. Estimates are guided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed delivery windows.
International Delivery
We ship worldwide via tracked express courier. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on destination and local customs processing.
Order Tracking
The moment your parcel leaves our studio you'll receive an email with your carrier and tracking number, so you can follow it from our door to yours. You can also view tracking from your customer account.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or fees levied by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price paid at checkout.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. We are unable to reroute a parcel once dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or an uncollected parcel, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional postage may apply).
Lost or Delayed Parcels
In the rare event your parcel is delayed, damaged or lost in transit, contact us at hello@auraglowwellness.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it quickly, including replacement where appropriate.
