30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If your mask isn't the perfect fit for you, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Items should be returned in good condition with all included accessories.
How to Start a Return
Email hello@auraglowwellness.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond with simple, step-by-step return instructions and a return address. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, return postage is arranged and paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't process a refund for items that don't reach us. For faulty or incorrect items, we cover all return costs.
Refunds — Processing & Method
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (Stripe, PayPal or Afterpay) within 5–7 business days. Your bank or provider may take additional time to display the funds.
12-Month Warranty
Every device is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. If your device develops a fault under normal use, we'll repair or replace it at no cost.
Warranty & Faulty Item Claims
For warranty or dead-on-arrival claims, email us with your order number and a short description or photo/video of the issue. We'll assess and organise a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
Hygiene & Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on used consumable add-ons (such as serums or cleansers) once opened, unless they are faulty.
Your Australian Consumer Law Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
